By accessing or using Traderz Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Service Description

Traderz Hub provides the following services:

• Trading Journal: Tools to record and track your trades
• Analytics: Performance statistics and visualizations of your trading data
• Educational Content: General educational materials about trading concepts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users per account
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased. Please use the free tier to evaluate the service before upgrading
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Traderz Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any trading data you input into the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traderz Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, any trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traderz Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
